Alot of women who find out they are having a child with Down syndrome abort the pregnancy. Sadly, this is mostly due to misinformation. Some women think they will be a burden to there family, and to there other children that they already have.
Friendly reminder for all locals: Today is the Day~~ Spartanburg Buddy Walk!! Come out to the SC School of Deaf and Blind. Registration from 1-2, walk begins at 2:30. Silent auction, Ronald McDonald, jump houses, food, games!! Come join us for all of the fun!!! It is a nice walk around the track once..It wont kill anyone I promise!! AND if you are there you will see Avery singing the National Anthem with another girl!!!:)
